Over 20 interesting and delicious flavours of genuine Manx Fudge are being produced by the Islands only Fudge and Toffee Company down at Ballasalla. The latest flavour to be produced which becomes available later this week is Café Latte which has been requested by the dedicated following of ‘Manx Fudge Eaters’. Café Latte joins several other unusual fudge flavours produced by Master fudge makers Peter & Owen Birch at the purpose built fudge factory at Harmat Court, Balthane Industrial Estate. Other flavours include the original, Manx Butter and Cream along with favourites, Cherry Bakewell, Belgian Mint Chocolate, and Manx Honey.
